Refund Policy

At Lush Lemon, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on www.lushlemon.com and outlines the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Process
Steps to Initiate a Return:

  1. Log into your account on our website or email us at help@lushlemon.com.
  2. Ensure the return is initiated and scanned in with the carrier within 21 days of the order’s shipping date.
  3. Use the return label provided by Lush Lemon. A $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Package items securely and include the return authorization slip and invoice.
    • Shoe boxes must be shipped inside another box.
    • Damaged or stickered shoe boxes will not be accepted.
  5. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    • Allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

Returns and Exchanges
Lush Lemon accepts returns or exchanges for merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective, purchased online and shipped to a U.S. address.

Conditions:

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated and scanned in with the carrier within 21 days of the order’s shipping date.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Return shipping costs $9.99, deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size (subject to availability).
  • Return shipping costs $9.99 and new shipping charges $7.99 apply.
  • Shipping charges will be invoiced and must be paid before the new item is shipped.

Unacceptable Conditions for Returns
Returns will be declined if the item is returned in any of the following conditions:

  • Odors, such as perfume, smoke, or other strong smells.
  • Stains, including makeup stains, food stains, or any other visible marks.
  • Pet hair or evidence of pet exposure.
  • Alterations, such as sewing, cutting, or other modifications.
  • Damage, including rips, tears, or visible wear beyond trying the item on.
  • Improper packaging, including missing tags, damaged labels, or damaged original packaging (e.g., shoe boxes).
  • Signs of wear, such as items that appear to have been worn, washed, or otherwise used.

If your return is declined, the item will either be sent back to you (with shipping fees invoiced) or discarded if return shipping is not paid.

Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, contact Customer Care at help@lushlemon.com within 3 days of delivery. Include a photo of the defect in your email.

Note: Lush Lemon is not responsible for damages caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing. Color variations or clothing pattern inconsistencies do not qualify as defects. Return shipping costs will apply for such cases.

Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Monogrammed or personalized items
  • Hats and Beanies
  • Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Face masks
  • Hair accessories
  • Hosiery
  • Mystery bags
  • Doorbusters
  • Liquid products (e.g., hand sanitizer, body lotion, etc.)
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items discounted over 50%

Order Modifications and Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Returning a Gift
Follow the standard return process above and specify the recipient's email for the Lush Lemon E-Gift Card when submitting your return.

International Returns
Returns for internationally shipped items are not accepted. Delivery for internationally shipped items is not guaranteed.
