Refund Policy

Lush Lemon is committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on www.lushlemon.com and outlines the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

  1. Returns and Exchanges

Lush Lemon accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online and shipped to a U.S. address within 21 days from the date your order was shipped. Returns will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs $9.99 and will be deducted from the final return amount. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, when requested within 21 days from the date your order was shipped.

Exchanges will be charged return shipping rates of $9.99 and standard shipping rates of $7.99 for the shipping of the new item. The new shipping and return shipping charge will be sent via invoice that has to be paid before the item is shipped. Along with receiving the item that is being returned.

      2. Defective Items

    If you have received a defective item, please contact Customer Care at help@lushlemon.com within 3 days of delivery to report the issue. Include a photo of the damage/defect in your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing. Color variations due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, or computer monitor resolutions, as well as clothing pattern variations, do not qualify as defects. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs if a return is attempted for such reasons.

          3. Final Sale Items

      The following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

      • Monogrammed or personalized items
      • Hats & Beanies
      • Lingerie
      • Jewelry
      • Face masks
      • Hair accessories
      • Hosiery
      • Mystery bags
      • Doorbusters
      • Liquid products (e.g., hand sanitizer, body lotion, etc.)
      • Items marked as Final Sale
      • Items over 50% Off
           4. Order Modifications and Cancellations

        Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

         

        1. Return Process

        To initiate a return, follow these steps:

        a. Log into your account in the top right corner of the home screen or send an email to Help@LushLemon.com.b. The cost of return shipping ($9.99) will be deducted from your paid amount if you use the return label provided by Lush Lemon. c. Package the items securely, enclosing the return authorization slip and invoice for all items being returned. d. Shoe boxes must be placed inside another box for shipping to protect the items. Returns with shoe boxes that have stickers, return labels directly on the box, or damaged shoe boxes will not be accepted. e. Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit to your original payment method. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

               2. Returning a Gift

          If you are returning a gift, follow the same return process as mentioned above, and specify the email address you want the Lush Lemon E-Gift Card sent to when processing your return.

                3. International Return Policy

            We do not accept return on internationally shipped items. We do not guarantee delivery of any internationally shipped items.
