How to Use:
 1. Drop 1–2 Espresso Martini cubes and 1–2 Irish Cream cubes into a glass
 2. Add 2 oz hot water and let sit for 30 seconds
 3. Muddle until it becomes a syrup
 4. Mix or shake with 2 oz vodka and 2 oz cream liqueur or heavy cream
 5. Strain into a coupe or martini glass and garnish with cocoa sprinkles or espresso beans
